Lake Valley Properties is a wonderful company with wonderful people. All reviews (minus the lowest one) are true. I chose them for my rental property because of the high rated reviews, years they’ve been in business, and the first to return my inquiry. They lived up to every word written about them
When it was time to sell my property, I looked for no other realtor. Matt was wonderful, too. He went above and beyond other realtors I’ve dealt with in the past.

Myself and my family have lived in one of their properties for seven years. To be honest it’s been really great, we have been having a problem with our shower head for the longest time and anytime there is a minor inconvenience, or it starts leaking

My husband and I hired Lake Valley Properties 9+ years ago to manage our rental property in SLT and couldn’t be happier. We loved that it was a family owned business vs a large corporate entity . Julie has been outstanding with the property management side of the business. Not only is she personable and professional, but extremely knowledgeable of the Lake Tahoe area since she was born and raised in SLT. We have appreciated her timely follow up and responsiveness to our needs. Her connections to resources, such as, contractors, painters, bear box installers , etc. are a tremendous asset. When we recently decided to sell our rental property, we turned to Julie’s brother, Matt, who handles the Real Estate side of the business and were so impressed. Matt’s customer service and guidance was excellent. His communication and follow up was thorough and timely . We really appreciate that he had our best interest at heart and helped us get the price we wanted for our house. Thank you Julie and Matt for such great service!
