They have gone above and beyond for use since that experience. We have been in our home for 5 months now and have loved it. Neighbors are moving in love seeing that. The property manager jobs is awesome! We wouldn’t be here with out that dude and our builder Jackson, you guys need to keep them working together they are a very good team. I’ve been telling everybody that I know about you guys and our fantastic experience. We they fit right into the awesome culture of this small city. Thank you guys!!

My experience with D.R. Horton has been extremely disappointing.
• Be cautious before paying earnest money: Make sure to thoroughly research the property before committing. I faced difficulties getting my earnest money back after discovering issues with the property. I will be pursuing legal action to recover it.
• Review the property’s history: I recommend checking the county’s satellite images to investigate what was previously on the land before homes were built. After reviewing it myself, I noticed what appears to me to be a landfill. It’s important to be aware of the property’s history before purchasing.
• Inquire about the retaining walls: Some homes have what looks to me to be retaining walls in the back. It’s worth asking if they were built to prevent landslides, and if so, why the walls weren’t extended to cover all homes. The safety of these properties should be a top priority.
• Check the listing history: Some homes have been on the market for months, with listings occasionally marked as “pending” only to be relisted again. It raises questions as to why these homes have not sold and whether buyers are backing out for any particular reason.
