What can I say…Kyle cares more than most of the lenders I’ve worked with in the last 10 years. I was the listing agent on a condo transaction and Kyle worked so hard to get an FHA approval for the unit. Unfortunately, the individual unit was denied. But instead of giving up, Kyle worked with me to get the entire complex approved!! Most blenders would have given up but not Kyle. He rallied the troops, a.k.a. myself, the buyers agent and the HOA… and we pushed and pulled until the very end. To the benefit of both of our clients we made it happen.
