Kyle was amazing to work with. He was always extremely professional and went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. He helped us purchase our home in February 2020 and he to this day continues to treat us like friends/family! He never tried to pressure us into a sell or make us feel as though he had an agenda. He listened to what we wanted and presented us with the best options available. He was always available and never made us feel as though our questions were a nuisance. May, 2019, I was looking for an new home.
I came to the SEC Baseball tournament, and my son said to look at the Signature homes being built close to the Hoover Met.
I drove up the hill on Langston Ford Drive.
I particularly liked 2 completed houses.
Kyle came up to me asking if I needed help.
I replied yes, so he unlocked the doors of the 2 houses I liked. I really liked the house I now own.
Kyle did not pressure me to buy. To make sure of my decision I did more looking.
I came back several times and the middle of June told Kyle I wanted to buy the house.
I moved in July 1. I love my house. Kyle checks on me to see if I need anything.
I’m so glad I made this decision.

Selling our home with Kyle as our realtor was a very enjoyable experience. Kyle came prepared with trends and data of previous sales and comps in our neighborhood to maximize our lisit price. Also gave us some staging tips that would provide additional appeal in the lisiting photos. Once our home was on the market we had 3 offers and was under contract within 3 days, closed within 28 days. The sale price was the highest price in 18 months in neighborhood. From our initial meeting to close everything went smooth. I would recommend Kyle as your next realtor.
