Most irresponsible people. I have been calling their office and their agents Alexis Harder and Roger Metz for past two weeks in order to lease a store, they haven’t responded yet. I am in business for almost 30 years, never seen such ignorant and rude people. 👎

Kuester's staff from the first call was top notch. I called to inquire about one of their properties then realized that I needed them to be *my* Agent! Working with Roger made my life so much easier and the search for the perfect location effortless. He was always communicating with the agent for the property we selected right up until I signed the lease. If I wanted something extra in the lease agreement, he was there working hard to make it happen. We got everything we wanted and more in the lease we signed, and we didn't have to come out of pocket a single cent for all his hard work. You need Kuester on your side, I literally couldn't have done this without them. Thank you Roger and your whole team, A++

This happened on November 7th, 2022. Today is Wednesday, November 23rd 2022 and 17days have already passed. There is a lot of mold in this house. This is because the water has continued to count until now, and in the meantime, I have suggested several times that the water seems to be too high, but they checked it properly and they passed by. And despite the circumstances, they still do nothing and make fun of me and us. No one came to check this week, they just told me to wait. When the ceiling falls from the ceiling for the first time, it seems like they are taking action while jumping right and left, but they don't do anything at all and just tell them to wait. For several days we couldn't sleep and it was very painful mentally. She said she would do a repair before Thanksgiving Day, but this morning Christina in charge sent an e-mail saying that she would to something within the day, and she was not in the office from today until the 28th, so call in case of an emergency -Isn't this an emergency?- I don't want to live here anymore. How can you live in this situation when the lease term is still left? My child has Asthma. Grasser mold is really bad. When we make suggestions to this company that discriminates against renters, they don't listen and make fun of us. These are very bad. If anyone reads this, please advise. Please also introduce a lawyer. Please share this situation with the community.

Our community hired Kuester to manage our subdivision and has developed a great working relationship. Our community manager, Morgan, has been nothing less than exemplary. I don't use this word lightly because you have to prove yourself worthy of such accolades from me. She is very responsive to the needs of our homeowners. Articulate and very organized. She has been a great asset to the community in helping homeowners whenever she can to avoid fines for violations incurred on their properties. Kuester needs more like Morgan and Karen on their staff.

Definitely recommend Kuester Commercial Real Estate and their agent Shaw Sullivan. Shaw made the process of leasing a commercial space very easy and relaxed. He guided us every step of the way and was patient with all of our first time questions. Will be back soon, hopefully to upgrade!

There founder is a scammer. Scammed for 1k and he stopped answering after a month in. Goes back and forth with you that there bank account is locked. Going to the bank. Blah blah. If you get Soufiana kaba on the phone hang up

We are a start up company that wants to expand fast! I worked with 2 realtors prior that wouldn’t meet us to do walk throughs. They would say go look through the window and see if you like it. By chance we received Roger Metz phone number and gave him a call. He dropped what he was doing to show us multiple locations. He always answers my calls and tackles questions that aren’t even necessarily his to tackle. He has set expectations on how zoning and how build outs will go! I will not use another commercial real estate agent! Roger Metz will continue to help us grow throughout the Carolina’s!!

Home owners beware……company has absolutely no respect for your property. The manager I am working with at the Davidson office is giving me the run around and will not commit to an appointment where I can review my HOA’s financial records. My HOA has hired a contractor that currently lives with one of the HOA members. The manager at Kuester doesn’t feel that it’s a conflict of interest even though the relationship wasn’t disclosed and the contract was the highest quote. Kuester is absolutely not cooperating as I need access to the records in order to resolve the situation with my HOA as the contractor has not finished the project but yet has been paid. Also, the manager said to let her know if the job wasn’t finished properly as she would help with the situations. SHE HAS NO DONE SO!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the type of service you can expect from then Davidson office!!!!!!!!!!!
