The owner Kay is a lier.They kept acting like they were fixing the toilet but it still leaked.The reason was the owner Ron her husband,wanted to come here and flirt with me.Kay will tell you that her husband is dying of cancer and that he had a bypass surgery and was out of the hospital 2 days later after bypass surgery.She repeatedly came into our trailer and cussed us out numerous times.If you like drama this is the place for you.She takes her husbands pain medication and acts crazy.She cussed out the hughesnet guy and told him to leave.Also the refrigerator leaks.The hughesnet ppl said they would never do service here again.Good luck to you if you rent here! Kay is too strict. She repeatedly called me to tell vehicles were driving too fast to my trailer and the to just tell me she had the wrong trailer. She cares more about her duck farm than anyone or anything. She doesn't want to fix the problems with her trailers and just wants to put them off. I went through hard time a while back and she evicted me because I was depressed. She is heartless and sleazy
