I went to this Kroger and for some reason this store seem very unclean, specifically the floor and has an old smell. I rarely shop here; however, I did pop in to renew my car registration on the DMV kiosk. The kiosk charge a 20% fee to use it, plus $3.95 on a $20 registration fee is highway robbery. It also charges a fee for using a debit credit card. Kroger is one. of the top corporate chains controlling the cost of groceries in the U.S and I am disappointed in the pricing structure. I find the prices above average for grocery stores. This store needs a complete overhaul.

I just moved here from Florida an I been there twice for my lunch break an it says the cooked food be ready at 11:00am and that's when go and everything the lady Dat be preparing the food we ask her about the food she has had an attitude responding about the food like if u don't want to serve food don't act like we making your day hard cause we spending our hard working money she always respond it will be ready about 45 mind the be good but never ready when it suppose to so the next time I go there and she have an attitude for no reason I will ask to speak to a manager on duty ...

I just left Not long again around 1:00Pm the lady at the check out older older older lady. She kept checking and joking around like if we wasn’t going to pay. Made us feel some type of way. Never coming again

I like this Krogers. I've been going to this location for a long time. I usually will park closer towards the other stores because the parking is too tight for me. I like when I can find the smaller cart to shop with. I like that they have a Self Check-out register with a belt too. I used their gas station for the first time too. I was pleased easy to use.

I have never experienced a bad Kroger before and here is the first, nothing is perfect I guess. I just needed to return some items and no one was at the guest service desk, a gentlemen was already waiting there 5 minutes before but I don't think he asked anybody for help. I asked, a few minutes later a young lady came she seem like she already had a issue or something. Once she finished with the gentleman ahead of me, she went ahead and scared my items I didn't have my receipt unfortunately and I don't remember when I got the items. So she said she had to get approval by a manager to return the items, which is fine that's a first because I've been to other Krogers no approval from a manager needed there. But hey I get it! So she calls for the manager that takes another 10 minutes in addition to how long I've already been waiting. I had to tell the woman multiple times to call the manager. The manager, Mr. Miguel, I think, comes down he looks like he has an attitude. Basically I sat there for almost 25 30 minutes for nothing all for him to say you need to go back to the other Kroger and you need to call the 1-800 number for a receipt. there's a way you can communicate something but it doesn't have to be disrespectful. Kroger let's do better.

I was looking for Beetroot and could not find. I had been looking for a while and I got tired. I then decided to ask an Associate. I think her name was Christy. She was so very nice and helpful. She talked to Supervisor Bianca and they both assisted me and even had to get the very nice gentleman - Darryl involved. I got my beetroot and left the store in high spirits. They were awesome. Above and Beyond.

I no longer shop here because they won't accept my card at the pump(it is obviously set way high, above 100 dollars or more by a fair amount) and when I go to pay at the window, there is nobody there. I knocked on the glass and tried to wait for someone to show up, but as this isn't the 1rst time this has happened, I have to finally call it quits I'm afraid. So long 'this kroger' my wife hates the store for reasons pertaining to the inside, so... do with that what you wish. Zero stars

The lady names Joyce kept answering the phone in lake city today.Terrible customer service every time I called for the deli it kept sending me to her then when I asked for a supervisor she left me on hold and never answered just let the phone ring the last time I called she hung up instead of trying to get someone in the deli good customer service would be get someone to see if the deli is open and making sandwiches but I see that people don't have good customer service anymore my sister loves this location and I dont agree they need to have someone else answer the phone Joyce is not it
