Did not disclose a deed restriction until AFTER contract was signed. Went through an emotional roller coaster because of bidding war on a great house that suited our handicapped son. I'm sure her clients were not happy either with the outcome because now they have to go through this again. This important information warranted a phone call to our realtor right away once you found out instead of just sending this info through email. It's easy to miss an email.

I met a few agents here in my search for an agent, out of all of the groups and teams from different real estate agencies, this one had the two that I took into consideration most seriously. Having dealt with individuals, even at this particular location, I feel that Rebecca Carper was one of the best agents I have found as far as my needs go. She took the time to follow up with me on many occasions, even to date, and to do not just basic, but extensive market research on my behalf, even before deciding to become her client.
