There are a lot of positive reasons for us going with Kristi and her team. Top notch communication. Competitive rates. Everything was well explained. Simple platform to perform signings and upload documents. The biggest thing for us was the fast turn around to close. We had another lender tell us the closing date was too soon but Kristi and her team were able to complete everything right on time. So we wouldn't be in our home without them.
