I have been renting from KO Property Management for 3 years now and wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They have always been extremely quick to reply and I never have to wait more than a day for a maintenance request to be completed. They are extremely kind and eager to help with everything. I was a tenant for two years with K&O and they have been amazing. Maintenance request are taken care of fast and they always do a great job on repairs. Olivia and Jessica are very nice, professional, and clear when it comes to any questions or issues with anything. 10/10 would recommend leasing with this company. The properties are well taken care of and they do a great job on making it feel like it’s your home. Thank you all for a great couple of years!

I cannot express enough how great it was to rent with K&O. Beautiful clean property, with an easy application process. I lived there for three years and would have continued renting but I had moved out of the country. Olivia was always so extremely helpful with any needs to issues and was beyond kind in all situations. I had two maintenance issues in the three years I was there and both times they came the very next day I submitted my request and my unit was fixed right away. I truly have no complaints and if I find myself in the area again I would have no doubt in renting from K&O and Olivia right away. Thank you for such a wonderful three years!

K&O Property Management did an excellent job managing my home. I needed a renter last minute, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me (and my renters). When I first was with them I didn’t think much of it, but after dealing with other companies and landlords it really makes me appreciate their attentiveness towards pleasing the tenant. Olivia is fantastic! I was looking for property managers in the area and it was between K&O and ACE. She was absolutely professional, on time, positive, and just so kind. She’s already gone above and beyond to make sure my property is managed effectively. When looking for a property management company, I came across the Ellsworth Facebook page where there were several posts and a ton of comments recommending K&O (from property owners and tenants). The comments on Facebook is what led me to reach out to K&O and so far, it looks like I’ve made a great decision. Thank you K&O, & Olivia.

Had no issues with KO. They were quick to respond to any issues we had and remedied them the best they could. When the dishwasher in our unit went out, they were quick to send their maintenance man (great guy btw) to install a new one. Did the check out walk through with Olivia and she was very attentive as to if we had any other issues they could address before the other tenants moved in. Aside from having to pay for the oven to be cleaned (like 30 bucks) we got our entire security deposit back.

I am a property owner that has worked with K&O Property Management for over three years now. They have always been honest, fair, and advocates for the folks that rent from them. They are true professionals. The properties that I own, that are managed by K&O, are high end properties with many having granite, upgraded stainless appliances, upgraded cabinets, and upgraded flooring. As a result, the rent is higher than some other apartments in Rapid City. I choose to build apartments that are more like a home instead of a temporary place to stay. I wanted the best management company to take care of those properties and the tenants that live in those units. In my opinion, no one in Rapid City does that better than K&O.
