Dawn and Jon were so great from the start. We flew in from out of state to look into buying our first home in Tennessee in September of 2023, and made the jump drive out and find our Tennessee jobs in June of 2024. They have been with us every step of the way, even when there were things on our end that stalled out the buying process. When our living arrangements fell through (a very scary situation!), Dawn helped us get into a month-to-month apartment. When that apartment gave us no warning that they were selling the building and we had two weeks to find a new place to live until we could buy, Dawn arranged for us to get into a beautiful condo at a crazy speed so we didn’t end up homeless. We found out we were going to have a baby, and the probation period for our new jobs ended a month before the due date, so we had a VERY narrow window in which to find a house and close on it. Dawn, Jon and their amazing loan officer, Bucky, were not only INCREDIBLE at their job and did everything in their power to get us into the perfect house before the baby came, but also helped us feel that we did have some family in Tennessee after all. I truly have no idea what our life would look like now without their help. They showered us with kindness and generosity in the wake of our major life changes, and their work was so appreciated. I was out from CA, and was completely ghosted by a real estate agent I had schedule to show me some properties in Eastern TN. There was 1 property that I really wanted to see, and Alex was the listing agent. He was happy to drop what he was doing, and show me the property. From that point on, he became my broker for my house hunt.

Through the whole process of me finding my house Alex went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. I found my property, and even though I am in the process of moving from CA to TN, he is willing to help me if I need it. A simple 5 star review and thank you just doesn't seem to be enough.
