Katy is the most unprofessional person in the real estate and property management field. Ironically, She decorated her website with so many good reviews, however most of people only trust google and Yelp. She has severe problems to socialize with others. She doesn’t know how to communicate with others, she even could not control her emotions. She never put her client as priority, everything is about herself. She make situation even worser. Please don’t waste time on her, there are so many property professional in the US.

Katy Lee is the most unprofessional and rude property agent that we have interacted with till now. She does not exercise common sense and good judgment, and doesn't know how to deal with her customers fairly and in good faith.
We lived in this property for a year and gave notice for vacating it in June 2013. After she did the initial inspection of this rented property, she commented on how well we maintained it. And when it was time to return our security deposit, she started identifying and charging us for things that we were not responsible for. In spite of finding the property 'well maintained' she started sending bills for routine cleanup (California law states that 'Normal wear and tear to carpets, drapes and other furnishings cannot be charged against a tenant's security deposit.') and for damages that have happened after we moved out.
When we tried asking for clarification, she did not answer calls, then we tried emails to which she replied in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It seems like she likes to take unilateral decision without considering the other as an equal. So in short, she is not worth doing business with her unless you want to lose sleep over an unprofessional and uncouth swindler.
