HORRIBLE place to live. Appliances are from the 80’s and constantly breaking down, the carpet was molded from the leaking ac unit. I was never late in 2 years and when I moved out I followed what Grace told me to do only to be contacted by a collection agency 6 months later saying they reported me for damages to the already molded apartment ! They took my security deposit and charged me $200 to replace floors that were suppose to be replaced before I ever moved in. Grace also told me to leave the key under the mat so I did then charged me an extra days rent. They’re outdated and constantly going up on the rent. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other complexes being built in Camden and managed by a different company. It will save you trouble and money in the long run.

We needed a place, and Mrs. Grace made it happen!!! Within two days we had a place to call home. Definitely rent from here. And our new home is beautiful, kept up well. We are a very happy satisfied family!!! Thank you Mrs. Grace 😊❤️

Mrs. Grace has been nothing but a blessing since the first day she became the overseer of kingslanding . She help’s me anyway she can . If I have any problems or complaints regarding my apartment or anything she takes care of it asps. She has really been a blessing to me and my kids during this difficult time. I’m very blessed to have a Landlord thats understanding and that actually cares about others and their situation..

Horrible place to live. If anything is broken it will take forever to be fixed or not fixed at all! The landlord is not honest, and it is hard to contact them. There are electrical problems in the buildings, because they are extremely old. There is no landlord present on the property. The pool was just fixed but I would not use it because it took them a whole year in a half to drain the green mildew from the pool. It was only pressure washed, painted then they filled it up with water. No one comes to clean the pool at all. These apartments are so neglected, but the only time you will see them around if they are putting notes on doors for a newsletter etc. The only main concern that they have, is collecting your rent. This property has been passed around consistently from owner to owner. The number that is written on the sign, don't waste your time calling because she will never answer. This place deserves zero stars! If you want to deal with an honest landlord, updated apartments, with everything working? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE!!! There are no monthly inspections what so ever. They will not keep up with their end of the lease, but want you to. Please I beg you to think twice before moving here! They don't care about their residents at all, and should be ashamed of how they run this property. They are not professional at all. Don't believe the smiles that they will give because it's all lies!!!!!

Mrs.Grace was excellent! She made move in fast . She took her time explaining everything when going over the lease . Moving in was excellent . It’s everything I was expecting ! Everything was very clean.

The pool never worked but twice since I been there for 3years,water kept coming through my carpet and they don't fix the problem they just dry it with some machine and it happen again...no playing area for.kids.they went up on rent with no change..but if u just need somewhere to go real quick it's cool..
