This is by far the worst place I have ever lived! There is black mold and if you stand your ground and demand someone to do something about it the regional manager named Terri will put you out and ban you! It rains in the apartment and no amenities work! I see a lot of reviews that no one answer the phone but that’s because they don’t have staff🤷🏽‍♀️ for my people who is already here just go ahead and take your picture to court and for my people looking just save yourself the hardship and look someone else! Having a baby in like two weeks and have to go and stay with my mom for weeks because I don’t want the black mold to kill my child… good luck guys if you do move out here don’t let them sell you unit 204! The houses are nice and rent is cheap but we never have a maintenance man so good luck getting anything fixed. We have been living here for almost 2 years now and my bathroom floor is peeling up, my bathroom light keeps going out and they have yet to replace it, our kitchen faucet sprayer hose was busted and had to buy a whole new one because they won’t, now the freezer and fridge are out but good luck getting them on the phone because no matter how many time you call or how many voicemails you leave they never call back and every time I go up there they closed early.

Ive lived here for a little bit. When we first started an application, I was told over the phone that I could get a house for $711 and that we qualified. My husband was super excited about this. Tara was the person who told us about this deal. Well we were denied for the house (they are actually $869 a month) and Joyce as well as another very nice lady helped us out to get an apartment. She was super apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. Move in was incredibly painless and easy. Its a pretty quiet area. I recommend it. Also ive only seen Tara once and it was when I first came to fill out an application in July. I havent seen her since.

This place definitely does not answer there phones EVER You can leave voicemails and they never get back to you unless you physically go up there. It takes them forever to even process a application we have been messing around with them for about a year now and have yet to even be told if we are accepted or denied just that we have to keep redoing our application.
