Victoria and Morgan at King are a dream to work with! They have been on top of my property and all my questions for the duration of renting through King! I would not list my rental anywhere else! WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!!! They are so strict when it comes to RENTING. I have rented from them several times in the past, both residential and commercial (back when Kim worked there), and NEVER had an issue. Now, they want you to have the same requirements as if you were to get financed for a home. WTH? Why would I be renting if I could BUY? It's not like this is the beach or even a tourist area. It is an area that is declining in population and revenue. Whatever. I will NEVER rent from this company again or refer anyone to rent from them. This housing market is getting way out of hand and companies like this are taking advantage of those who are not as fortunate as others who have survived this housing market DISASTER. God help those who need help finding a place to live.

I loved everything about my experience dealing with King Property Management. The staff is amazing from the front office to the leasing agent. It was a fast process. I felt like I was calling a lot and asking a lot of questions however the staff welcomed them. I recommended anyone who is in need of assistance finding suitable residential housing call Kings. I did my app on Sunday was approved on Monday and moved in my unit on Friday. Thank you so much King Property Management!!!

Worst management ever. I have been called leaving messages for 3 days now and still no one will answer. There is an alarm in the apartment above me going off. You can hear very clearly and loudly outside and even better inside my apartment. 3 days. It has not stopped and we can't even sleep with ear plugs in and not hear it. The maintenance number doesn't do anything. So we are stuck going on the 3rd day with this non stop alarm going off. And it's Saturday so I'd say it's safe to say that it'll be going off all weekend. Worst management I have experienced. Can't even answer the phones.

Morgan has been super kind and sweet in my search for a new home in Anniston. When the home I had originally applied for but missed out on came available again, she picked up the phone and called me! Once in the office Barb was kind and thorough during the signing process making sure everything was covered. We used ERA king for a little over a year, both my husband and I were so highly impressed with everything. Kim and the entire staff are amazing. Kim is amazing at handling all situations with her tenants. The entire staff is extremely professional and passionate about all they do. Any issues that arose, they would do their best to get it resolved in a timely manner. The staff did such an amazing job managing property that It didn’t even feel like we were renting. We are beyond blessed to have rented from such a phenomenal company with such integrity! I highly recommend using ERA king, & can’t recommend them enough!!!
