I absolutely loved working with Tanea at King Newton she made the impossible possible, when I met her I was already working with a lender and a Realtor, my previous lender quoted me a rate at 7.5 I callled around until I met Tanea , Im glad I did, we closed with an interest rate as low as a 5% when I was told by other lenders that the interest rates were high right now and the lowest rate quoted was an 7.2 %.
