KimBee has done a wonderful job of managing our Juneau 4-plex. Not only did she handle all tenant issues, she also worked to bring rents up to fair market rates and increased our monthly revenues and bottom line. When we finally decided to sell, she got us too dollar and sold the property in 1 day. I cannot recommend her enough!

Kimbee took over management of our rental duplex after a previous long term tenant moved out and we discovered all kinds of damage and neglect. She spent a year or more overseeing all kinds of work on the place, including installation of a new roof, new landscaping, and an on-demand hot water boiler, and she has done a terrific job of doing all that while at the same time keeping the place rented. She is a third generation member of the local real estate sales and management profession, and her local reputation and network of connections have really paid off for us. We have found we can count on her to take care of business promptly and competently, leaving us free to focus on family, work, and other things, and we appreciate that when we do reach out to contact her she responds promptly. We also appreciate that Kimbee is responsive to tenants, and mindful of their safety and other needs, while at the same time protecting our interests. We have not used her realtor services yet, but a realtor with these qualities seems ideal.
