KIBE TEAM DOES IT RIGHT!

My wife and I have been trying to get settled in Alaska for quite some time. We have bounced around from place to place renting, and all the while making bids to the tune of $50K over the asking price and not winning one bid. Looking for a home can be exhausting, and that was where we were at!

We decided the whole “bidding” thing is a joke! Why don’t we just “build” a new home then we don’t have to try to “win a bid”. We did just that with the Kibe Team!

It was a bit scary as we had never built a new home before. The Kibe Team lead us through whole process from beginning to end. They helped us to find the right builder can get the job done RIGHT. Our build was so smooth. The only challenge was really just deciding on what paint colors!

The Kibe Team watched over our house plans and made quality recommendations that we hadn’t thought of that helped make this build a success!

Every person on the Kibe Team has been a delight to work with. We have now purchased two properties through them. Both experiences have been phenomenal!

We never dreamed we could own a brand new home and now we are in our home and loving it!!!
