We have stayed with Kiawah Island Getaways multiple times, and the experience never fails to be exquisite! The Vista was no exception. The decor is on point and the amenities meet every need you could imagine to make it feel like home away from home. From ample counter space in the bathroom to an electric tea kettle to the perfectly plump pillows, they thought of every detail to make us more than comfortable. On top of all that, Jeanette left us some beautiful birthday/anniversary flowers and yummy deviled eggs as a thoughtful welcome. The ocean views from the Vista are stunning, while the deck offers the perfect spot for a glorious sunrise breakfast or romantic pre-dinner cocktail. Thanks again for an amazing vacation on Kiawah!

We stayed at this beautiful three bedroom villa. Less than five minute walk to the beach. Modern updated kitchen. Layout of the villa was wonderful with great view of the ocean.
The villa was spotless and well stocked with the necessary supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Recommend highly and expect to stay there again.

Our stay at the 3511 Ship Watch Rd villa was amazing. It was our first time visiting Kiawah Island. The property was beautifully decorated, high end, yet cozy and inviting making us feel right at home the minute we walked through the door and what a gorgeous view of the ocean! Would highly recommend it. Kiawah Island Getaways, owners Jeanette and Shawn Lawson, were extremely easy to work with, so detail oriented and responsive providing us with all information needed making it a very positive experience.

Best stay on Kiawah by far! We have been coming to Kiawah for 20+ years, and this was by FAR our favorite place to stay! We decided to splurge and stay in an oceanfront villa, as we never had before. Man are we glad we did! It was outstanding!

Shawn and Jeanette are absolutely wonderful! They have thought of all the small touches that make you feel like you are staying in a home, not a vacation rental. But the aesthetic of The Penthouse at Windswept has that upscale beach vacation vibe.

KIG knows how to help you do your vacation right. If you are looking for ocean views that are unparalleled with easy beach access in East Beach, close to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary, look no further.

Front the villa balcony we saw brown sea ducks, osprey and pelicans, and even 2 deer on the dunes just before we left! We watched dolphins swim and play as well. There really is no better place on Kiawah to view wildlife and soak up the sea!

We would highly recommend KIG and any of their accomodations. We will definitely be going back again!

We absolutely loved at our stay at The Carmel Cottage on Kiawah Island. It was by far and away the absolute best place we’ve ever stayed. The view that this place offers beats any and every resort that you could possibly imagine. Every wall every floor every appliance everything you could possibly touch or see was absolutely perfect, brand new, and utterly flawless. You could eat off the floor in that place! The attention to detail was second to none. Not only would we highly recommend staying here but honestly anywhere Kiawah Island Getaways is hosting we would be more than happy to stay! Our first trip to Kiawah and our first experience with Kiawah island getaways but most definitely not our last! We LOVED it! Words just can’t describe. Perfect Vacation…..🤍🤍🤍

The Breeze was so lovely! Very thoughtful design and beautiful details. Super clean and well stocked. Our 6 year old said it was his “dream home”! Our kids loved the little loft and the reading nooks were cozy. We would definitely return here!

Third time staying at a Kiawah Island Getaways property and it did not disappoint! Well-stocked and very clean! From the stocked and organized kitchen supplies to a game closet and beach towels, and those comfy beds! We will be back!
