They are rude and arrogant. I don't see why anyone would pay these people to manage their property. They don't answer the phones and take over 2 months to make a repair even if it's an emergency repair. Very lazy and will steal your rent money and make you pay for all the fees to recover the money. I definitely wouldn't recommend working with these people. To them you are not a human. You are "just a tenant!" & that's quoted from their mouth! They barely call if someone is coming by for anything or call after they've already came. Just very unprofessional.
