Horrible. Anne Walsh, witch I can't find on any team list for the company, posted a mobile home on Facebook Marketplace in a 55+ mobile home community. I wasn't under the impression that Warwick had any such community. She would not give me an address to view the property, nor the Real Estate Office, nor send me a spec sheet, or sales sheet with age of home, room or lot sizes, other pertinent info that is customary for any legitimate real estate sales office, and then insulted me, as I continued to pursue the location, details, etc. Dan and Jean may know what they are doing, I've never met them, but Anne Walsh doesn't.

I've know Jean and Dan for almost 10 years. Jean helped me sell my condo after my divorce. It was a very emotional time for me and she held my hand through the whole process.
