We did the entire deal virtually. Jim’s poor assistant took us to see two other homes and we were outbid so she did a virtual walkthrough of this one and Jim helped us make an offer quickly. Then when the inspection came back with a lot of concerns he helped walk us through our options. We bought the house. And it is perfect for us. We are slowly checking off the repairs needed in the inspection and getting moved in.

Wonderful experience! We traveled from out of state to look at properties and the town for possible retirement in the near future. Eugene and his wife, Felicia, not only showed us some properties, they were kind enough to tour us the beautiful towns of Thomasville and Bainbridge. They gave us background, pointed out key locations, and enlightened us to future plans for these towns. We had a very enjoyable trip! It was like being with friends, even though we just met. They are very knowledgeable and professional. We were very comfortable talking and giving insight into what we are looking for in a home and a potential hometown. The hospitality was incredible.We definitely will come back and will be seeking the help of Eugene and Felicia when we make our move. I couldn’t recommend my Team any higher! Communication was any time of the day throughout the week and weekend. When we needed a repairman recommendations were made and contacted for us.
The photographer was very professional and had some very high tech equipment like a drone. Everything was a breeze right up to the signing. Thanks again!
