This is such a long overdue review. Dan and his team are a complete top notched property management firm. They are so trustworthy, knowledge and reliable. As an out of state property owner, I went thru 2 property management companies that were dishonest and unethical. I was very distrustful and cautious when Dan took over. From day one, Dan took care of my property with great care and professionalism. Every call or concerns were answered and addressed. They really know how to take care of property owners and renters as clients to make sure both parties are happy. I decided to put my property on the market, Dan’s team cleaned and made the necessary repair. He left my property better than how he found it!
