They take forever to address work orders and then charge the tenant. I don’t plan to renew my lease as the company has poorly managed the property from the start. We moved in end of July, our lease started beginning of July and we never saw our trash cans til August. Property management company should have had my trash cans ordered when I signed the lease. They email me that the work orders are “complete” when they’re not. The office staff is condescending and they charge you to pay rent on their rent platform….otherwise you can pay in person. The sprinklers were turned on in July to once a day at noon and so all the plants in the yard are burnt and they’ll prolly blame me for that also. Mind you, I have ALWAYS always gotten my full deposit back on every single place I have rented from and I can bet they won’t. We also had to buy a fridge when we moved in because the property didn’t have one.

I rented with Keytime as the management company for 4 years. They are just great. Any problems I had were addressed quickly. From the time a pipe burst in the wall-- I called them about 7am and they had plumbers there by 7:30 to the time I couldn't change the light bulb in the carport and had to ask them to do it, they were always right on top of things. Cannot say enough kind words about Cheryl, I could text, email or call her with anything. She is absolutely amazing. I only stopped renting from them because I moved out of state.

After having found mold in my new home I rented from keytime. I had to move out to a new home without mold. After being very persistent with key time they really stepped up and helped me out. Granted I had to be very persistent, but that's ok in the end the right moves were made so everyone was safe and happy (me not living in moldy home anymore.) The new place I'm moving was found by keytime and was suggested to remedy my moldy situation. Thanks for getting me out of there.
