Kevin is one of the best mortgage brokers I know and I cannot recommend him enough. He is THE MOST knowledgeable person I know when it comes to primary home loans ESPECIALLY the VA loan. I have talked to so many lenders who do not know the actually GUIDELINES for most loan products and always reference their bank specific overlays when talking about what can and cannot be done with these loan products, but Kevin is the real deal.
