Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in need of a HELOC, quickly, in order to save my house after divorce proceedings. Kevin gave me some other options as well, but ultimately helped me decide on the HELOC and the amount I would need to consolidate left over debt. Kevin was 100% professional and empathetic to my situation. Kevin was also great about keeping me updated, even calling or texting me personally, after normal hours, to answer questions or let me know he had sent emails requiring my attention. There is plenty of work regarding the approval of a HELOC, and when I told him the timeline that I had, he started knocking out paperwork faster than I could reply. So happy to know Kevin. I can't recommend him enough.

I just closed a on a purchase for a buyer that Kevin and I represented. I was my first transaction with Kevin. Kevin is clear, to the point, and very communicative. Kevin made himself available, even at what may be considered unreasonable times. This was a complicated purchase for this buyer. Without getting too detailed, Kevin qualified this buyer twice for a property that was not qualified for a conventional, or even non-conventional loan. Kevin and Sabrina worked their tails off, being quite creative and exercising all options. We moved on to another property.
