Very nice people. Quiet and very close to Thunder Valley. No smoking on property which is alright, but you have ti go out on the main road and they have mo benches or shade or anything for the people they want to go out there to smoke. At least a bench would be nice

The Manager We have now is the reason Kennedy Meadows is a Very Nice place to call home. The Property is clean and safe for chidren too play. The Manager does not pick on anyone as the above comment stated. She judges no one and she's very partial to everyone. All Apartment rules must be observed to keep this place a safe community.

I’ve personally lived here for 6 years now and have nothing bad to say about these apartments, always well kept, if anything is wrong the manager is always on top of it, very family oriented and happy to call this our home!

Dog feces everywhere. Fairly certain there is human feces on the grass as well. Been there for weeks and no one does anything! Smells of cigarettes, weed and disappointment.

Two stars because the complex looks nice. But that's all I know. Call the office during business hours and nobody ever answers. Leave a message and nobody calls back. Go by the office and it's closed. I don't know how they actually rent any homes out when you can't even get ahold of anyone to apply.

Low income apts, very nice inside, sm courtyard out slider
