My experience with Kenai Satellite phone rental was perfect in every detail. From the moment I contacted Curtis to reserve a phone until it was returned everything went smooth which was a huge relief on your first Alaska bush moose hunt and all the other unforeseen logistics to worry about. Curtis dropped off our phone at Alaska West Air prior to our departure which was very helpful because it was one less errand to run going to get it with all of our other last minute shopping and packing before takeoff. Their customer service was on point before, during, and after our trip. Function of the phone in field was flawless. Phone comes in durable box with all you need ; instructions for use, charger, spare battery. I honestly have nothing negative to report and would recommend anyone use them for their Satellite phone needs and I dont recommend things very often.
