Ken and his team are amazing!!! Everything was super easy starting with going to Ken's site and getting rates. The full disclosure of all rates and fees, up front, was great and there was a huge selection of options to choose from. Just make sure you scroll all the way down the page to explore all the options.

I had a couple of questions so called the number on the site. I figured I'd have to go through a phone tree then speak to someone in his office. Nope! Ken picked up and we had a great conversation. He always seems to be available to answer questions and hold your hand/walk you through the process and next steps...texting works really well.

As long as you have all the needed documentation and get Ken's team what it needs asap your experience will be great and super quick. We tried another broker that estimated closing/funding in 30 - 45 days. Through Ken we closed in about 3 weeks and that was pushed out only because we delayed it by 4 or 5 days for issues on our side, not related to Ken and his team. Otherwise it would have closed within 14 or 15 days. Oh, and all of this was done while we were out of the country. Ken and team erased any worries we had about the funding process.
