Agent Kevin Pickles listed my property for sale without my permission as part of a scam. I never met him and he thought he could do a bait and switch with a partner posing as a wholesaler who contracted Kevin to sell my vacant lot. When I spoke to them of course they had plausible excuse of someone impersonating me, but they didn't bother to contact me before listing even though my mailing address is readily available on the public record. The scam is put to up a listing without permission, get more exposure for the agent, field offers, then contact owner with offers and collect commission after sale. Or he can bait and switch the buyer to another listing. With a vacant lot you can get away with it for a long time, and if you are caught early, you have your plausible deniability excuse.

Alicia Edwards was our buyers agent. Alicia did not explain the process of buying a home to her first time homeowners. I believe her lack of knowledge caused unnecessary stress and a delay in closing for our buyers. Alicia continuously made false and misleading statements throughout our transaction. As unfortunate as it was dealing with her, we proceeded and closed the deal.
