We sold our house with Linda Domis Keller Williams Whittier, and it was not a pleasant process to say the least. Linda sold us on her 40 years experience and did a bait and switch to have us work with her assistant Ginger most of the time. Linda was always out of town during inspection and open houses which she only did one before telling us to lower our selling price. This is not what I paid her for. Linda did not explain any of the documents we were asked to sign which made us miss an important contingency timeline. We felt she worked more for the buyer than us the seller her clients. I would stay clear from Linda and Keller Williams Whittier if you need to buy or sell a home.

Regina Ferron represented the seller, and we were the buyers in the transaction. Regina did not care that the sellers left a bunch of items in the house for us to dump for them. She was not there for the key handoff, and did not care that we had no key to the front door! We had to rekey everything. Regina did not care that she gave us a rotting green pool, when she had claimed just 2 weeks before that it was getting serviced regularly. We caught Regina in multiple lies and learned quickly that what she says means nothing. Regina went MIA as soon as she got her commission check. A deplorable, unprofessional agent.

Ron, the office manager/Broker is one of the true leader in the industry. He seeks and offers help to the agents. He is responsible and fully committed to the people he is entrusted with. I can't thank him enough as the memories will carry on. His legacy will carry on.
