I used one of there agents to get me a home. It took to long so I decided on land to put a home on. She found a nice piece of land and I signed a contract. The owner kept wanting to hurry and close. I asked her don’t I need to do a title search and she said no that the guy I was buying from was to nice and he only bought it a year ago from his brother. She also talked me into Quick Claim Deed. I had not dealt with any of this before and did what she suggested. I pay cash for the property. I go to the bank to get a loan to put a house on it and it comes back with 3 liens on it. Needless to say she couldn’t believe it. She said the guy would get them off but it would take 90 days. 90 days came and gone and it was another excuse. I called and spoke with the broker and all she could say was she was sorry it happened and what did I except her to do. It took me researching and trying to figure out how to go about it. I finally got them all taken care of mid November. I started this Journey March 26,2022. The closing Attorney said she did a title search and there were no lines so she did not do a title search or she would have found them. When she said that it made me feel better until the bank said different.I also spoke with the owner and she was rude and blamed it on me. Keller Williams says there business is based on God ,Family and Integrity .

Parasitic and predatory business practices. They harvested my information off of a Zillow listing and bothered me at home with their listing pitch. I told the guy once civilly and nicely that I wasn't interested in listing with him at this time, which should have been sufficient for decent, thinking human beings in civilized society, yet he continued like a opportunistic baboon with an empty stomach, so I hung up. Then he sent me a text! The guy is clearly not capable receiving external stimuli. Put on your listening ears: No means no, Parasite. Daddy never taught you that? Three strikes, you're out, buddy. Here's a pro-tip, if somebody's interested in listing with you, don't call them, they'll call you.
