Clair Roberts has emailed me and texted me repeatedly spamming me with things I did not sign up for. There’s no reason I should be cold contacted to help with an open house for a home for sale several streets over from me. It’s ridiculous nonsense.

Stephanie from the Turtle Group of Keller Williams helped us in purchasing our home, and we couldn’t be happier. She was great through the entire process – from cancelling offers, to helping us through the process of making our final decision. We’ve been in our home about a year now, and couldn’t be happier with the decision that we made – and that Stephanie was instrumental in assisting with.

If we get back in the market, we know who we’ll be in touch with, and we’d recommend her to any of our friends or family happily. The rest of the Turtle Group team was wonderful in helping with the process as well.

This has been The Worst Experience that I have had when dealing with a realtor! Randy Jon was one of the most unprofessional people that I have dealt with. I would not (in a million years) suggest him to anyone for help with leasing or purchasing a home. Keller Williams, you guys dropped the ball with this guy!
I wonder if the property owner knows that Randy Jon (the realtor) is trying to sell houses to the potential renters like myself, instead of getting people inside of the property (which was his only job in this case).
After being approved for the rental property, I decided that it would be in my best interest not to do business with Keller Williams. The home was nice but the lack of respect and unprofessionalism that I experienced turned into a very unpleasant dealing. Instead, I have chosen to spend my money elsewhere. I would rather go with a company that makes me feel welcome as a client (no matter my race), respected as a client, and treated professionally as any cliemt would. Randy Jon at the Keller Williams Metro Atlanta office was none of the above. My decision to not go with this particular rental was based solely on the representation of Keller Williams (or lack there of). Beware of this company! Especially Randy Jon! If a half star was a choice I wouldn’t give that!

Do not trust this company the broker never gets back in touch with you and you will lose your earnest money and when you call them and let them know that you did not sign for your funds to be released to Anyone if you did not get the property so be careful dealing with this company they will rob you knowing you’re looking for a home And money is tight. I believe in karma god knows I kept telling my realtor do not lose our earnest money 3000 gone to sellers this should be law it’s discouraging

Loved the property, have taken out 16 sweet gum and pine trees and have planted 2 plum, 2 cherry, 2 pear, a weeping cherry, 5 Italian Cypresses, 4 Leland Cypresses, a Green Giant Arborvatea, a lot of roses, with are very pretty in the Spring and throughout the summer. I did have 2 beautiful Blue Spruce trees, one totally dried up and thé other got toppled over by deer. Pool is 45,000 gallons, inground and it great to be in. Hot tub is also relaxing. The entire backyard iß like being at a resort spa and the garden is spectacular.

My husband and I recently sold our home in Decatur, GA, with Laura Brookshire, one of the agents in the KW Decatur office. Unfortunately, Laura made a serious error in judgment which ended up costing us dearly financially. At the time we signed the listing agreement, Laura had made a recommendation for the listing price for our home. We relied on her recommendation because we believed her to be an expert with a lot of experience in the Decatur real estate market. Our reliance on her expertise turned out to be misplaced and resulted in our great financial detriment.
Our house went under contract within 2 days of listing. We were thrilled about that, but we soon found out that the house was severely underpriced. Not long after it was listed, our neighbors alerted us to the fact that our house was listed too low, but it was too late by then, because the house was already under contract with the buyer. We ended up having to consummate the sale to avoid breaching the contract with the buyer.
Laura had not properly taken into account a recent comparable sale that should have alerted her to list the house for $50,000 more than the list price she recommended. We later obtained an appraisal which confirmed that fact. We could have sold our house for at least $35,000-$50,000 more than we did, especially considering the fact that the Decatur City school district is very desirable, and there is a very low inventory of houses here which makes it a strong sellers’ market. Laura should have ordered an appraisal before recommending a list price, which would have avoided this situation.
To make matters worse, neither Laura nor her broker were willing to own up to the mistake, and were very defensive and dismissive of our concerns. I definitely would not recommend using Laura Brookshire or Keller Williams because of this negative experience. My advice to anyone considering hiring Laura as their agent is to seek help elsewhere, or obtain an appraisal and do all your own research rather than rely on her expertise.
