I would caution you if looking to work with this company. I had a dealing with one of the agents that did an unethical thing and something by the real estate laws that she is not allowed to do. When I brought this to the attention of the owner I was asked to give them time to get the information from the agent - basically her side of the story and though I checked back a few times - nothing was ever addressed. It left me no choice but to go to the real estate commission. I am sure there are some good agents there but would caution you and think about the firm that is representing you are they the type you would want.

Wow!!! I am a mortgage broker and am extremely impressed with Hunter's volumes of knowledge in the industry and his understanding of the entire PROCESS! As a listing agent he is extremely well groomed to represent both the seller and market the home. He does not give up and He will do what it takes to sell a home and optimize the transaction for all parties!!

BUYERS BEWARE: I am sorry to say that Bob Berry tried to sell a home that he owns as the listing realtor. He did not disclose several issues but asked for full price. This would have been my daughters first home, but he ruined the home buying experience. Be careful when looking at 1503 SE Boulderwoods Drive, it has a lot of hidden issues.
