I used a realtor from this agency to purchase some property, Mathew Clanton. The realtor was also the seller of the property. The property was listed on MLS with septic, power and water. After purchasing (he wanted cash so he played as mine and his realtor) I discovered there was no water tap to the property. Mr. Clanton agreed to help us obtain water, stating via telephone “I will look into this but we will definitely help you get water to the property”, which costed an additional 6k. After gathering information he offered to pay 500$ of that balance. But acknowledged it was his own fault for not checking to make sure water was to the property before listing it and promising it was there. Seems to not be a very honest person and not very trustworthy. There’s plenty other realtors within this organization. If he doesn’t care about the conditions or do the research on his OWN property then he probably wouldn’t do the same for you. He also does not return any messages regarding the issue. He is suppose to be “professional” when it comes to buying and selling real estate and is clearly not. Save yourself the trouble.
