I found Barry and Diane through a casual conversation with a previous client who raved about her experience with them. I had become frustrated with 2 realtors I had worked with who I felt were not meeting my particular needs. I relocated to Chattanooga and was looking for a particular location, style and age in a home. My first contact was with Barry who jumped in from our first call and really listened. He sent me listings right away and arranged for a showing the very next day! We put in an offer within days and closed within my desired timeframe. Barry educated me on all aspects of the home buying process, which I truly appreciated! He walked me through every step and talked me off the ledge more than once…Lol! Once we got through the buying/contract phase, Diane helped out with making solid recommendations for details such as appliances, blinds and where to find the best deals on these sorts of items. I cannot recommend Barry and Diane highly enough! They are amazing people and realtors with a heart to serve clients and make dreams come true for home buyers!

Very professional group. Everyone was responsive to our wants and needs. They moved swiftly to list our property and we had multiple offers at or above our asking price. We were under contract within 72 hours. We couldn’t have been more happy with the whole experience.
