Allyson Eason was our realtor! She was amazing every step of the way. We were in Florida looking for a house to rent. Allyson was able to video each house we were interested in and talk us through a walk-through so that we felt that we were there. With her insight and availability, we were able to find the perfect house for our family to move to Georgia. We are grateful for Keller Williams and especially Allyson Eason.

Hamilton McAfee was the seller’s agent. He didn’t just misrepresent the listing, he lied. Do NOT work with him. Refused to take our agents calls. Lied about everything written in contracts. Con man of a realtor. Will be pursuing litigation.

I would never work with Keller Williams ever again. I purchased a home 6 months ago. I was cited by the City of Georgia Building Department for not having permits on renovations that were made to the home by the seller! It's costing me thousands of dollars to hire a contractor and do the repairs to satisfy the city building department. Keller Williams agent represented me as the buyer, and a Keller Williams agent represented the seller. I have been getting the run around. Buyers beware if you purchased a home that's has been newly renovated make sure that the city has inspected the home and if bedrooms and bathrooms have been added MAKE SURE they have been permitted by the city. I now have to take seller to small claims court.

And Tonia Madden has been very helpful in giving my wife and I some great information on what areas to looking into for a home. She knows the market very well. This is the realtor for us. This is regarding the realtor name “Stephanie salamando “
I would give 0 if there was an option. This agent is wicked! I reached out to her who is the listing agent thinking that I might get the house for cheaper since it is a cash purchase because I wasn’t happy with my realtor at that time and I explained my personal situation why I reached her without my agent . Then, she recommended me to have agent because either way someone has to do my paper work which make sense. I asked her nicely please do not tell my agent because I knew she would be upset and Stephanie salamando promised me that she won’t mention anything personal talk we had and asked my agent name so she know not to say anything. So I contacted my agent again and we went and looked at the property. I did like the property and was willing to buy. I was in the car with my agent and my agent called Stephanie while I was there, Stephanie salamando texted my agent to call her while I’m not there. My agent dropped me off home. 10 mins later, my agent call me and she was furious about what I told Stephanie. Stephanie told my agent everything and burned the bridge between us. I still went ahead and was going to purchase the house even though I’m mad at the fact, home inspection came out pretty bad and I did terminated my contract within due diligent date. She was holding my deposit money for a week even though she had another contract!!! She is not trust worthy!! I do not recommend her at all!! This is the 4th house I’m purchasing and this was the worst experience and very unprofessional!!
