We had a good experience with the agents, but definitely not with the owners of the house we bought lol. We bought a home in Wasilla last fall from out of state. Both of the agents we dealt with were from Keller Williams. Our agent was located down in anchorage and our seller's agent was here at this office. Despite the difficulties both of the agents did a stand up job and got us into the home that we needed and wanted. If we ever need to sell or buy again I would definitely recommend Keller Williams.

I certainly can't recommend Patricia o'neill for an older house as she stopped the sale of my house in its tracks due to her apparent lack of knowledge about electrical systems and advised her client to ask for a $12,500 deduction in price after we had signed the sale agreement. You have to read between the lines on inspections and she simply was apparently not able to do that and seemed to have no interest in trying so advised her client accordingly. I was outraged and submitted a 'termination of sale' , based on this bad decision. Subsequently, because of my actions the sale did go through but I don't give Patricia o'neill any credit for it. It was my actions and that of my realtor that saved the sale.

Just closed on our new house today in Palmer. This is the 3rd house I've bought in my life, and 3rd time is the charm! Cole was on top of things every step of the way. He offered to drive all the way into Anchorage to pick me up the the airport when I flew in to see the house we just bought. The sellers agent was the worst, and laziest I've had dealings with, and Cole picked up the slack every step of the way. I'm hoping this is our forever home, but if it isn't, I'll definitely be selling and buying through KW Wasilla.
