Great selling agents! Tim &Emily have the best guy for pictures and drone work plus Emily does amazing write ups. She paid great attention to all the details I gave her regarding “hidden” features like in floor heating etc. Beyond that they helped us through some of the odd things that can arise when selling (a home insurance issue this time) and just made everything smooth. Super prompt replying to all our pre and post listing questions too. Best agents yet— we have 6 previous houses we sold and they are the best selling agent we have used to date.

We enjoyed working with Tim and Emily Holley so much when we purchased our home in 2018 that we chose them again to sell our home in 2024.
Tim and Emily helped us purchase our home in Dawsonville in 2018. We had a weekend to find our new home. They were willing to show us as many homes as possible! They did not show us homes outside of the criteria we gave them like price range, size, etc. which made the process easier and faster.
When we chose to sell our home in 2024, we of course called on Tim and Emily again. They gave us information on how to price our home and what we could do to make it appealing to buyers. Tim & Emily Holley helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Dawsonville, GA in August 2016 and they made it an absolutely wonderful experience. Words don’t begin to match the appreciation we have for Emily and Tim’s part in the sale of our house. We heard they were professional and they sure were. They did a great job of assessing the value of our house and setting a listing price. They walked us through to point out things to address as well as ideas for staging. Emily wrote a comprehensive detailed write up for our listing. Their photographer did an exceptional job and was timely in both shooting pics and getting them back to them to use.
