My first experience with an agent from Keller Williams Greater Athens was with Laura Lieden she was amazing to work with. I just recently worked with Kristin Goodman who was referred to me by Laura was super amazing. She always made it easy, when I felt like oh I’m just not going to find anything in my price range. She never gave up hope on finding the right home for me. I had this Wonder Woman of a Realtor everywhere and she never once said no. She never gave up when I did. I could call or text her at any given time. Not to mention she’s very beautiful inside and out.

Carol Bitner was knowledgeable about the current market in our area and had experience selling homes in our neighborhood. She made suggestions regarding listing price, showed us current comps in the area, and discussed marketing strategies. Carol pulled out the stops marketing our home with drone video coverage, visual materials and an open house on day one. We believe her marketing and suggestions led to the multiple offers we received and two contracts within 5 days of of listing.
Carol also helped in negotiating the best price for us and recommending a vendor for one repair needed from the inspection report. We would highly recommend Carol, especially when selling a higher priced property.

From the first call, Jarrett Martin was very engaged, gathering local sales data, assessing the condition of the property, coordinating services needed (cleaning, contractors for AC service, etc) Partnered with Carol Bitner, they made a great promotional team. When we got a solid offer, they made the negotiations smooth and easy, offering terrific guidance that got us and the buyers to common agreement very quickly. After Closing, Jarrett and Carol made a gift to a local animal shelter out of their own proceeds, which i found to be a terrific indicator of the calibre of people we were working with. No hesitation, i recommend this team highly!

Carol Bitner was the only one of three Athens, GA Realtors who responded to our initial inquiry for a broker to sell our house. She had done her "homework" on our neighborhood before our first meeting. Although we were leaving the area, we did not plan to sell immediately as family would still occupy the house. Carol understood and stayed in contact (unobtrusively) over the next two years. When we were ready to sell, she was right there with a plan. We listened and she listened. A price was set, and needed repairs/touch ups were done. The house sold on day one and actually closed in less than a month. We are happy.

Carol is very good at what she does. Her response time is incredible. Her negotiation skills are top notch. She knows the right people in the right places to make sure every aspect of the process is done with your best interest at heart. Carol was amazing. We needed to sell my Mother-in Law's house for her. She arranged for an estate sale, painter, power wash, trash removal, etc. so that we didn't have do do all of that from a neighboring state. She knows the right people.
She answers her phone/texts/emails right away, and is completely professional in every respect. Most of all, she was very respectful of the time and sensitivity needed to get our family on the same page a few times as we went through this process. She was patient, never pushy, and kept my Mother- in Law's interests paramount. The house sold right away, and Carol made it really easy for us! We highly recommend her to anyone in the Athens area.
