Working with Colleen Hagarty and Keller Williams real estate has been an amazing process from the beginning to closing. From the start my husband and I were given great material to understand all steps towards closing on a home. Colleen even provided great recommendations for inspectors, contractors and even attorneys whom were very helpful, professional and reliable. While working with Colleen, she was very professional and attentive to all details required to help find our home. No matter what day, if we had a question, Colleen responded and checked in with others for an accurate response. Honestly, any worries that I had were mitigated and put to rest, with all expectations met and exceeded amazingly. I have heard amazing things about Keller Williams and was so excited to be on board with an agent from Keller! The agent was Stacey Wood. She was nice at first. However, I found out she was lying to me and being deceitful. She never told me that Keller had an app and never told me about the Keller Mortgage program! Not until she thought she was going to lose a sale and was trying to push me to go over budget on my new home purchase! Saying it is only a dinner a month! I think I know MY budget! She gave me codes to lock boxes, she was unprofessional, she listed my home incorrectly and never had me fill out any sort of MA property disclosure! She also told me that the offer on my home was $245k BUT failed to tell me that I was also agreeing to pay $5k in closing costs!!!! Told me I had to rush to accept the offer, I told her I was at work and said are you sure I should sign without fully reading (my stupidity, I know) and trusted her!!!! I then found out after work that I also had to pay $5k in closing costs which she did NOT present to me! The whole process has been a NIGHTMARE! I go to re list my home today and find out she listed it as "temporarily withdrawn" when she should have cancelled it!!! Luckily, her manager Connor who has been helpful through this fixed it! Something HAS to be done about this agent!
