Our experience was probably the smoothest house search and settlement experience ever. A couple friends recommended Robin Ingerick, as she helped them buy their house in the Spring. Being in PA, our search was completely remote. We toured houses via live video with Robin or Tara. They were so professional and open to going into parts of houses that weren’t always easily accessed or clean. We appreciated their attention to details and made a remote search much less daunting. Once we made our choice, Robin and our mortgage company worked together to help us complete 98% of closing electronically, making for lesser time spent at the closing table. We ran into some considerable logistic problems making the trip from PA to SC, and the whole team got us through! We would and have recommended Robin and the Keller-Lawrence group!
