Very disappointed weeks of waiting to view the property told me my paperwork was good and that they verified all necessary information, only to be told "denied" after you all seen my face, this is definitely discrimination. Any past history you seen is well over 5 years, and also the services KBS use for "credit check" is NOT 100% accurate it even says it in my e-mail, I could have been looking into other properties instead of wasting time, and leaving work early dealing with KBS I'm very upset, and feel my family has been discriminated against. I will be contacting GBLA

Waited for over a week just to be told denied I feel it shouldn’t take a week or two weeks as I see in some of this reviews to be approved or denied, but after reviewing some reviews I’m kinda happy that I wasn’t approved but I do feel if you’re going to tell people oh don’t worry about this or that we have wiggle room and they still choose not to work with you but it is ok because it gave me opportunity to go with an different company

Beware this place I'm pretty sure is a scam to get as many APPLACATION fees they can for each property.. 2 weeks of them saying they are running verifications all to the end saying final step was viewing and run credit.. had appointment to view the next day then get a call to say I'm denied for a eviction that only shows up when kbs runs it.. after $175 In app fees And now 1 week left to be out of my current home Denied even with a cosigner... well If you really looked into it you would know I had end stage kidney disease and had my kidney removed at that time. all you had to do is call that landlord and she would tell you she tried to take it off

This place is very unprofessional for 1. The lady was very rude and 2. it took them two weeks just to tell me anything. To top it off i was told, " they decided to pick someone else for the property if anything change with whom they picked they will be in contact with me. She never said i didn't qualify she said she decided to "PICK' someone else.
I will not recommend anyone go through this property. They pick and choose who they want to rent to.

This place get no stars from me only one because i have too.

Brian you did contact me but still did not contact me about the other property. Your company is just taking people money for nothing and not even running our credit. I will have someone looking into you guys.

This place is horrible and also that mean old lady that work in the front is not professional at all.

KBS Property Management gave me a second chance when no other would. Absolutely loved my apartment, facility maintenance request were always filled, Brian came by the apartment complex often in an attempt to keep the complex nice and clean. Brian and Helen really worked with me and I greatly appreciate that.

I used this company to rent out my house and had a horrible experience. I found all of them to be unreliable and irresponsible. Although I hired them to manage my property I had to micro manage everything. After 3 months of my home being empty I finally to control and posted my house on Craig's list to find my own tenants which I did within a few weeks. I can go on and on... Avoid stress and the head ache find a company with better ratings.

If I could leave a negative review, I would! Never have I ever had such a bad experience with a property management company before! Not only are their employees RUDE, the way they do things is so unorganized and unprofessional that I don't even know how they stay in business! People want to blame Covid-19 for everything, but they're the only ones I had trouble with in viewing a house and putting in an application. I own my own business so I know when I apply for something, I usually have to give my tax forms when applying. But I want to know, why the heck do you need a profit and loss?! I've never had to do that ever when I had to apply for anything! DON'T EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!

I called KBS in a professional capacity in assisting one of their tenants. The receptionist Terry was extremely rude and condescending. She is very unprofessional and should seriously work on her customer service. I can only imagine how she treats your tenants and potential tenents.
