Moved into this neighborhood expecting one thing from the sales team, and was shown a neighborhood of diverse houses where they were mixed colors and no two houses were similar right next to each other. Then I paid over $600,000 for the house that I thought would be diversely placed however they placed my house in the middle of three houses that were the exact same color and mine was only a shade different from the others.The build foreman Sam has been a shining star any did try to make To make my time easier, but the warranty peoples plumbers seem to be dragging their feet with the repairs on my property as we have had them out on five separate occasions and my sink is still leaking. Probably should’ve just went to lennar ……. If you’re expecting to get exactly what you pay for just how you want it then you better pay real, real fine attention and I wouldn’t suggest taking the keys to any house until the houses around it are built and painted so you know what the neighborhood will actually look like. Becaythe sales team will not thoroughly explain the colors you pick for your house and discuss the neighboring colors as they should. They also said that someone would get back to me about all of my issues and although the warranty guy has gotten us some new shiny gold faucets there was supposed to be a higher level review that we submitted to all of their superiors and now that they know that I am unhappy, they are unwilling to provide me the link to do the after purchase survey even after two attempts to contact the office
