Latoya and Jas were absolutely wonderful. They made both my fiance and I feel so welcomed and provided great service. we didn’t feel rushed, and they broke everything down multiple times to make sure we really understood pricing. I have been to a lot of places, purchased a lot of things but this experience here at Kay Jewelers in Locust Grove, Georgia was hands down the best ever! The first time my girlfriend Cherri and I walked into the store I just wanted to get her ring size. Natasha was able to get my girl to look at different rings to see what she liked. Christine and April took a lot of time and care to find what she really liked. They told us about a diamond show at the store on December 13, 2024 my girlfriend reminded me of it about a week out, April called me to remind me of the diamond show. Our appointment was at 5:00 and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by name and helped with the diamond rings. Long story - we ended up buying the diamond and having the band custom made! Cherri and I was so happy, very pleased with the customer service.Even Jazz and Kyra worked with us on this custom ring. It really felt like a team effort! I love Kay’s and I can’t wait for the finished product. Stay tuned….

She was super sweet helping us pick out a chain and a necklace. I loved how she talked about each piece but saying “she” it was adorable. She said “shes very pretty” “shes heavy.” She also asked what was the occasion and when we said it’s our 1 year anniversary she wished us happy anniversary.
