If there is one takeaway that I would like to impress upon those interested in acquiring a home loan it is to know that Union Home Mortgage has exceptional professionals. Kathryn, Pam, and Miranda work tirelessly and competently to bring to fruition their customer's desire to buy a home. Their calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my concerns were at an all-time high. Their knowledge of the loan industry and their remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. If you are buying a home or looking to buy a home- this is your team! Kathryn is incredible at keeping you organized through the process and keeping everything moving and Pam was such a joy to work with and they are both so fluent in all the ins and outs that us lay folk might not know (I surely didn’t).
We got a pre-approval from them within hours and everything moved quickly from there. We were able to even move our closing date up and move in sooner than expected.
All in all I give the Mortgage Gurus a 10 out of 10 and if we ever buy or sell again this will be our go to!
