Researched and Discovered Her Experience and Real Estate Standing. I diligently searched the internet for an exceptional real estate agent and found one that I could easily communicate with and was willing to assist me in selling our home. She actually came to meet my wife and I, did a thorough walk through of your house and offered to be our seller's agent. She is very proactive scheduling the initial photo shoot for the actual listing and provided us with an extensive packet on how to stage things for the photographer. She guided us through the process, step by step and either met or texted us frequently on the progress of our eventual sale. She active provides email timeline updates and leaves no stone unturned. She's familiar with most area contractors and can actively enlist them to do the necessary repairs in order to close the sale. I admire her outgoing character, friendly attitude and her wealth of home selling knowledge. In all my interactions with realtors over the past two decades, this young woman proved to me that she's the best real estate professional that I've enjoyed the pleasure to meet and work with to finalize our home closing.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They had our best interest at heart during our buying and selling journey. If I could give Kathrin a 10 star review I would!!! Kathrin helped me purchase this home and now she has successfully helped me sell it. She is absolutely amazing! Besides having the most wonderful personality she is truly a dedicated and caring realtor from start to finish. I was out of state during the process of selling my home and Kathrin made everything so easy to handle. Having Kathrin as a realtor is a must!! Kathrin was very helpful during my home buying process despite being over 1100 miles away. Buying a home over the phone or rather getting under contract for a place you’ve never personally viewed can be stressful. She went above and beyond during the process, I have worked with less accommodating realtors in the past. Most notably, updating me on every step during the building process, timelines, price points, and providing clarity on things I needed to do and best practices. She also did weekly video walkthroughs during the complete construction for over 8 weeks and held the builder to his agreement in terms of timeline and quality which streamlined the process. All in all, I’d rate the quality of her services 5/5 during my purchase.

Kathrin has helped us with multiple homes and each time she has been fantastic. She does her absolute best to understand what your family wants or needs and is proactive in the housing market. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever worked with a realtor with as much knowledge as she has in her area. She is friendly, kind and patient, but stubborn and cautious as an advocate for her client's needs.
