We were thinking of moving to Alabama and our realtor in NC recommended Katharine to us. She was extremely helpful from the start, sending visitor guides and local recommendations, along with homes that matched our criteria. We flew in and met with Katharine and she was so easy to talk to and made us feel welcomed from the start. We hit the ground running looking at homes while there and when we went back home she continued to show us homes by doing video walk through tours. Those are so helpful when you aren't physically there to see a property in person. Katharine never made us feel rushed to decide and she was so quick to answer any questions we had. If it was something she couldn't answer she would reach out to someone who could. We felt supported throughout the process even when things got stressful (as an out of state move is bound to get that way!) We chose a home that needed renovations and Katharine knew just the right team to handle it for us and even offered to stop in and check on their process from time to time until we arrive. Who does that?! This sweet lady is who! Buying a home in an unfamiliar state that needs work is scary but her help has made us feel so relieved and taken care of. We feel so lucky to have met Katharine who feels more like a friend now than just our real estate agent. We would encourage anyone who needs help with buying a home to reach out to Katharine.
