This place is a joke. We bought a house few months ago. Air went out 2 weeks after we moved in. My husband contacted Karen and she basically was like oh well. Now I have 4 kids as well. It was miserable. House was way overpriced as well. The previous owner must be really proud of selling a piece of junk. But whatever what goes around comes around. BTW Karen was the listing agent. Not our agent.

Karen was very professional and helped us buy our house in Greer, SC. She was very patient with us even with my methodical, drawn out search process which took us all over the Upstate. She was also very flexible with our time as we were coming from out of state and she worked with us over several weekends, including a holiday. We are glad we contracted with her and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

I never received a follow up call or email after requesting that they market and sale a commercial property. I had to contact someone else who actually showed up 30 minutes after my call.
