I had an awesome experience! Marsha was recommended by a friend and I have no regrets. Very professional, yet warm & friendly. She was always available, weekends day and night. She didn't just give me the minimum. She had great communication skills, set my expectations, followed up and guided me through every step of the process.
Lastly, I liked the ease of the portal to upload the various documents needed, and the ability to see sort of a checklist and what was missing.
Bottom line, I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Marsha Allen & the Kamps Mortgage team. P.S. Phil Brown with the title company was an absolute joy to work with an well.

Marsha and her team come second to none. From the time we were first introduced and even after we've closed she has provided nothing but exceptional service. Prompt, responsive, and courteous.
